Step-1 Procurement of Raw Material

We establish robust networks with outstanding suppliers, obtaining valuable market insights such as production volumes and demand-supply trends. Our procurement strategy involves securing materials during peak seasons to ensure optimal quality and favorable pricing. Additionally, we prioritize sourcing raw materials from their origin to uphold the authenticity of the final product.

Step-2 Quality Check

At the point of procurement, our quality team conducts thorough checks on raw materials, followed by testing in our in-house laboratory. Our laboratory is staffed with well-trained and highly efficient professionals capable of conducting a range of tests. The analyses conducted in our laboratory are primarily categorized into two types: Physical Analysis and Chemical Analysis.

Physical Analysis:
  • Appearance
  • Color
  • Smell
Chemical Analysis:
  • Moisture content
  • Volatile and nonvolatile compounds
  • Ether extracts
  • Total ash
  • Color
  • Bulk density

These analyses are crucial steps in ensuring the quality of our raw materials and the subsequent products. While our in-house capabilities cover physical and chemical assessments, we choose to outsource Micro-Organism analysis and Pesticide Residual analysis to specialized entities, further reinforcing our commitment to comprehensive quality control and adherence to industry standards.

Step-3 Fumigation Process

The fumigation process is tailored to meet both the specific product requirements and the regulatory norms of the importing country. In this method, raw materials are placed in a vacuum fumigation chamber and treated with the chemical ingredient ‘methyl bromide.’ The concentration of the chemical is meticulously adjusted based on the unique specifications of the product.

Fumigation serves as the officially authorized procedure for pest control, encompassing the eradication, removal, or rendering infertile of pests.

We adhere strictly to the following guidelines throughout our fumigation processes:

Use of Approved Fumigants: We employ fumigants that are officially sanctioned and approved, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Use of Approved Fumigants: We employ fumigants that are officially sanctioned and approved, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Use of Approved Fumigants: We employ fumigants that are officially sanctioned and approved, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

By following these stringent guidelines, we not only prioritize the quality and safety of our products but also ensure compliance with international standards and regulations governing fumigation processes.

Step-4 Hi-Tech Cleaning Plant

Separator Classifier

The initial step in the cleaning process involves passing seeds, pulses, or grains through the Separator Classifier. This stage is crucial for meeting specific cleaning requirements, rapidly eliminating unwanted materials from the product.

De-Stoner

Following the Separator Classifier, the De-Stoner is employed to separate heavy and light materials according to the cleaning process. This machine effectively removes stones, heavy metal trashes, and any other dense materials that are undesirable in the final product

Magnetic Roller

The Magnetic Roller comes into play to eliminate iron particles, mud balls, and rate droppings from materials such as seeds, pulses, and grains. This ensures the removal of metallic impurities, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the product.

Sortex Machine

The Buhler Sortex Machine represents the pinnacle of technology in the cleaning process. This fully computerized machine is equipped with numerous cameras. Its primary function is to sort products based on color, ensuring consistent quality without any contamination. The Sortex Machine guarantees that the product maintains a high and uniform grade at all times.

In summary, the Hi-Tech Cleaning Plant integrates cutting-edge technology and multiple stages of cleaning to ensure the quality and purity of seed spices, pulses, and grains. Each component plays a specific role in the meticulous cleaning process, ultimately delivering a product that meets the highest standards of consistency and excellence.

Step-5 Grinding and Sieving

We establish robust networks with outstanding suppliers, obtaining valuable market insights such as production volumes and demand-supply trends. Our procurement strategy involves securing materials during peak seasons to ensure optimal quality and favorable pricing. Additionally, we prioritize sourcing raw materials from their origin to uphold the authenticity of the final product.

In the sieving stage, the size of the ground product is carefully matched with the mesh size. This meticulous sieving process further refines the powder, guaranteeing uniformity and meeting specific size requirements. The result is a finely powdered spice or pulse product, ready to enhance the flavors and textures of culinary creations or serve as a high-quality ingredient in the perfect recipe.

Step-6 Sterilization

Sterilization is a carefully controlled heating process employed to manage microbial counts, including bacteria, yeast, and molds. This method not only serves to regulate the presence of microorganisms but also plays a crucial role in preserving the flavors, colors, and textures of various products.

ETO Sterilization

Within our facilities, we boast an in-house ETO chamber. Ethylene oxide gas (ETO) is a widely recognized sterilization agent utilized for a variety of materials and products. Following industry standards, ETO proves effective in reducing or inactivating the microbial population of a given product or material.

Steam Sterilization

The process of steam sterilization involves subjecting the product to high pressure with steam, either in batch or continuously. This method not only ensures the reduction of microbial content but also contributes to enhancing the color and texture of the product.

Versatile Sterilization Options

To cater to diverse buyer requirements, we offer materials that undergo ETO sterilization, steam sterilization, or gamma radiation. This flexibility allows us to meet specific preferences and industry standards, providing our customers with a range of sterilization options tailored to their needs.

Step-7 Packaging

Packaging represents the final phase in our food processing journey. Our product packaging procedures adhere to rigorous hygiene measures to guarantee the highest quality in the packed items. Several processes are involved in our packaging phase:

Packing Machine

Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, our setup ensures efficient and rapid packing, achieving optimal packaging results in minimal time. The entire product packaging process is meticulously designed to comply with stringent hygiene standards, ensuring that the packed products maintain the highest quality.

Metal Detector

As an additional layer of safety, all packed products undergo thorough scrutiny using a metal detector. This crucial step is implemented to detect the presence of any metal contaminants within the packaging. Ensuring that our products are free from metal elements is vital for the safety of consumers. Our commitment to quality control extends to these measures, reinforcing our dedication to delivering safe and high-quality food products to our customers.
